| 摘 要： | 在回顾新疆水资源的概况和时空分布特征的基础上,指出了其在水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题,进一步分析了新疆水资源的开发利用潜力,认为农业是节水的关键,提出了在农业、工业和生活方面的节水措施.
