| 摘 要： | 工程造价过程控制贯穿于工程建设的各个阶段,是建设单位取得良好社会效益和经济效益的基本保障.建设单位应在满足项目合理功能和质量标准的前提下,针对事前、事中、事后不同阶段采取相应控制措施,突出控制重点,进行全过程、全方位的动态管理,有效控制工程造价,降低建设成本.

| Abstract: | The controlling of the construction project cost runs through every stage of project construction.It is the basic assurance for the construction unit to acquire good social and economic benefit.The construction unit should base on the premise that it has the function of setting up reasonable projects and has the quality of meeting the quality standards.It should take corresponding controlling measures at different stages,stress the key point,and carry out overall-process,all-around dynamic management,so as to effectively control the project cost and reduce the construction cost. |
