| 摘 要： | 通过应用VB语言编制程序,以计算绘图所需的齿轮范成参数实现刀具和齿坯的范成运动和刀具的切削运动,实现任意模数、任意齿数不同压力角及不同变位系数齿轮的动态切削仿真,克服了采用齿廓范成仪做实验时,参数不能改变的局限性,基本满足现代化教学要求.

| Abstract: | Through the application of VB programming language,the gear shaping parameters required by calculation and drawing are used to achieve the generating movement and cutting movement of cutting tools,and to achieve the gear dynamic cutting simulation of any arbitrary modulus and number of teeth,and different pressure angle and modification coefficient,which can overcome the limitation that parameters can not be changed when doing experiments by using tooth profile shaping machine.Therefore it can basically meet the requirements of modern teaching. |
