| Abstract: | Max Weber stressed the function of the stereoscopic spiritual and cultural tem perament towards the development of social economy and it is of the real instruc tive significance. Marxist historical materialism lays stress on the human histo rial function and the human progress, and it certainly stresses the function of the cultivation for human spiritual and cultural quality towards historical prog ress. In the new period, only the historical main body which possesses the relev ant spiritual and cultural temperament can take up the mission of socialist mode rnized construction. |
