| Abstract: | This study explores the current situation and influencing factors of the employment value orientation of Xinjiang minority college students in Shanghai universities from multiple perspectives,and studies the guiding path and strategy of the employment value orientation of minority college students.The results show that under the current environment of rapid economic development and high employment pressure,the employment value orientation of Xinjiang minority college students in Shanghai universities is characterized by pursuit of salary,conservative concept,urbanization of intended employment areas and reluctance to take root at the grass-roots level.Therefore,colleges and universities shoulder the realistic task of remedying the shortcomings in the guidance of ethnic minority employment value orientation,so as to help and guide students to establish lofty goals,ideals and beliefs,so as to point out the path and direction of career development. |
