| 摘 要： | 我国职业体育中的关联俱乐部现象对平等、公平、竞争的联赛环境构成了一定的威胁,有关体育协会依据行业规范予以查处,突出了行业规范的特殊性。从经济学和法学的角度对关联俱乐部现象进行分析,同时辅以国外的类似事件进行对比说明,以此加深人们对此现象全面、深入的认识。

| Abstract: | The connecting clubs existing in professional sports in China had posed a fairly serious threat to the equal,fair,and competitive environment of league matches.The sports associations concerned had given them punishment based on the profession rules whose particlularity was stressed on this action.The authors gave the analysis on the phenomenon of the connecting clubs from the angle of the economics and the science of law,moreover,comparing with similar affairs of foreign countries in order to let the phenomenon be understood thoroughly. |
