| 摘 要： | 医院文化建设要不断适应医疗市场竞争的需要。当前，随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和逐步完善，医疗市场的竞争日趋激烈，切实加强医院的核心竞争力，只有通过构建医院文化体系和培育医院精神，才能造就一支高素质的员工队伍，激发职工的责任感，增强职工的积极性，维护医院良好的社会形象。
