摘    要:为选出最佳的码头设计方案,采用多层次、多因素的评价指标体系反映各方案的实际特性.基于灰色理论,将层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和熵值法相结合确定各指标的权重,建立改进的灰色关联综合评价模型.应用该方法对某港区30万t级油船码头的3种设计方案进行优选,结果表明,选出的方案与工程...

Abstract:To select the best design scheme for terminal, a multilevel and multifactor evaluation index system is employed to reflect the characteristics of each scheme. Based on grey theory, the weight of each index is determined by combining Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with entropy method, and an improved grey correlation comprehension evaluation model is established. The method is used to select the best one from the 3 design schemes for a 300 000 t oil terminal, and the results show that the selected scheme is in accordance with the actual project.
