| Abstract: | To select the best design scheme for terminal, a multilevel and multifactor evaluation index system is employed to reflect the characteristics of each scheme. Based on grey theory, the weight of each index is determined by combining Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with entropy method, and an improved grey correlation comprehension evaluation model is established. The method is used to select the best one from the 3 design schemes for a 300 000 t oil terminal, and the results show that the selected scheme is in accordance with the actual project. |
