| 摘 要： | 根据对兰州师专图书馆读者的调查了解 ,从读者构成、阅读规律及读者服务等方面对师专图书馆读者工作做以粗浅分析。为充分发挥图书馆藏书的作用和效能 ,扩大图书馆的影响 ,以提高对读者服务工作的水平 ,减少读者拒借率 ,使传统的被动服务逐步走向主动服务。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the readers in the library of Lanzhou Teacher's College,the article mainly analyzes the different reader groups, the regularity of reading and the service for the readers.In order to turn the passive service to active service,we the circulation of books try to fully develop the function and efficiency of the library books,improve the service for readers ,reduce the refusal rate of the books that readers want to borrow. |
