| 摘 要： | 目的观察壳聚糖磷脂酰对轻度认知功能障碍（MCI）患者N170的影响。方法采用纵向研究配伍组设计方案，根据MCI的诊断标准选取20例MCI患者，给予壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱（2g／d）2个月，采用事件相关电位（ERP）的分析技术，通过面孔和非面孔识别实验，分析其用药前后ERP N170成分的变化。结果①无论用药前还是用药后，MCI患者均产生了明显的颞．枕区分布的面孔特异性成分N170．②MCI患者用药后颞枕区N170的波幅明显比用药前增高．结论壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱可以提高MCI患者的面孔识别能力.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of chitosan-phosphatidylcholine on mild cognitive impairment（MCI） patients using ERP N170. Methods The longitudinal study design and compatibility group were applied. Twenty cases of patients with MCI were selected according to the diagnostic criteria for MCI. The event-related potential（ ERP） technology analysis, facial and non-facial identification test were used to analyze the chauge of event - related potential N170 of MCI patients. Results （1）N170,the specific-face component,was found in groups both before and after drug use,which was distributed in the temporal-occipital region. （2）Compared with before-drug use,N170 was significantly higher in temporal-occipital region after the drug treatment in patients with MCI. Conclusion Chitusan-phosphatidylcholine can improve MCI patients＇capability for face perception. |
