论对话教学的交往性特征

摘    要:教学起源于社会交往活动,没有对话就没有交往也就没有教学.对话教学的交往有效性程度直接影响教师的教学质量和学生的学习成效.对话教学的交往性特征主要体现在教学交往主体具有参与性、民主性、合作性和理解性,教学活动具有互动性、创造性、互悦性和互惠性,教学组织的主体性具有个体异性和群体性,教学效果具有整体性等方面.

Abstract:The effectiveness of classroom dialogue and communication is of great significance in enhancing teaching quality and learning effect.The communicative nature of dialogic teaching is reflected in the communicative subjects' participation,democracy,cooperation and comprehension,in the features of interaction,creativity,mutual gratification and mutual benefit of teaching activities,in the individuality and collectiveness of the subjectivity of teaching organization,and also in the integrity of teaching effect.
