创意人才复杂性理论与实证研究

摘    要:创意人才是创意产业发展的核心动力。首先,通过文献梳理构建创意人才复杂性模型并且设计出测量量表;其次,运用SPSS进行小样本预调研,得出复杂性的相关因子;最后,基于大规模调查的实证数据,采用 SEM方法,对复杂性的结构模型进行验证。研究结果表明,人性复杂、劳动复杂与环境复杂三个潜变量能够较好地解释创意人才复杂性构念,且解释力度大致相当,既体现了创意人才的特性,同时也表明三个要素在复杂性中都扮演着同等重要角色,缺一不可。

Abstract:Creative Talent is the core impetus of Creative Industry. Firstly, this article reviews literatures to build creative talent complexity model; then, does pre-research on small sample by SPSS to find out the complexity related divisor; finally, based on solid data through large-scale survey, checks the complexity construction model via SEM. The result indicates that three latent variables consist of humanity complexity, labor complexity and environment complexity, could better explain the construct of creative talent complexity with equal credibility of explanation. The conclusion of this research shows features of creative talent, and proves indispensable roles with equal significance of the three factors as well.
