| 摘 要： | 近年来政府连续出台一系列有关农村民生的政策法规，有力地促进了农村养老服务的发展。保定市积极响应中央政府和河北省政府的号召，大力发展农村养老服务。但是农村养老服务仍存在着养老服务机构不足、缺乏专业的护理和管理人才、资金缺乏等问题。需要明确政府责任、增加服务机构、丰富服务内容、加强机构管理、扩大资金的来源渠道等，促进农村养老服务进一步发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the government introduced a series of consecutive policies and regulations about rural people ’s livelihood, powerfully promote the development of the rural pension service. Baoding city actively response to the central government and the provincial government’s call to vigorously develop rural pension services. But the rural old-age services such as insufficient endowment service agencies, the lack of professional nursing and management personnel, such problems as lack of funds. Need to clear the government responsibility, increase service agencies, rich service content, in order to strengthen the management of institutions, expanding the sources of funds, promote the further development of rural old-age service. |
