| Abstract: | This article brings forward five mesaures for enhancing Journal qualities of Higher Vovational Colleges.(1)Setting up a team of characteristic nuclear writers for papers'standards;(2)constructing a group of special full-time and part time editors;(3)strengthening systembuilding,stopping leaks in management;(4)finding out the orientation correctly,scientifically making out the topic-planning and column-designing work;(5)reslizing the layout standardization further more. |
