| 摘 要： | 探讨大学生人际关系感与自尊、心理控制源之间的关系，有助于进一步了解大学生人际关系满意感的心理影响因素。通过对大学生采用人际关系满意感量表、自尊量表（SES）、成人内外控制量表（ANSIE），根据各自的实际情况进行测试，结果表明大学生对自身的人际关系满意感的程度处于中等偏上水平，自尊水平也居于中等偏上水平，且大学生的控制源更倾向于内控；自尊、心理控制源与总体人际关系满意感及其各维度均达到显著的相关，且对它们也具有有效的预测作用。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to study such related psychosocial factors in interpersonal satisfaction of college students as self-esteem and mental control. The method employed here is to survey students with an interpersonal satisfaction questionnaire together with SES and ANSIE. The results of the survey show that the level of college students＇ interpersonal satisfaction and their self-esteem is above average, and the source of their mental control tends to come more from the inside. The results also show that there are inter-relations between self-esteem, mental control and overall interpersonal satisfaction. |
