| 摘 要： | 如今,我国的经济体制和教育体制在不断地进行改革,这推动了高校体制改革的步伐,在高校体制改革中,对其后勤管理体制进行改革是重中之重,也是势在必行的一项工作。本文主要对我国各高校目前的后勤管理体制中不足的地方进行了详细分析,并提出了后勤管理体制改革的必要性。在此基础上分析了应该如何改革我国高校中的后勤管理体制,提出了具体的改革措施。
