| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着我国高校的不断扩招，毕业生总量在逐年攀升，我国的高等教育也由精英化教育转向了大众化教育的模式，与此同时，大学生的就业形势也随之严峻。在这严峻的形势下大学生在就业过程中面临各种各样的困境，如就业歧视，针对这一状况，宜通过制定相应的法律条文、提高法律意识和规范就业市场来解决这些困境，只有解决这些困境，才能实现大学毕业生的顺利就业。

| Abstract: | With the college enrollment, graduates in total increased year by year, China＇s higher educa- tion from elite education to mass education. At the same time, the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious, and college students in the employment process faces various kinds of diffi- culties, such as employment discrimination .through the development of appropricite legal provisions ,legal awareness and regulate the employment market to address these difficulties, only resolve these difficulties in or- der to achieve successful employment of university graduates. |
