| 摘 要： | 不同研究背景下ECM模型的研究结果存在很大差异。在检索主要的学术数据库中关于ECM模型研究文献的基础上,采用整合分析法对模型中各变量间的相互关系进行定量的综合分析,验证ECM模型的有效性;并对用户类型、IT类型和文化类型对ECM模型的调节作用进行探索性分析,指出ECM模型结果差异产生的原因。

| Abstract: | There are differences among the research results on the expectation confirmation model(ECM).Based on the research documents about the ECM from some principal academic databases,the paper conducts a meta-analysis on the interrelationship of each variable in the ECM,performs a moderator analysis involving user types,technology types and culture types,verifies the ECM,and analyzes the causes of differences. |
