| 摘 要： | 高职院校教育事业是我国高等教育事业的有机组成部分，高职院校冬季体育教学是其教育发展规划中不可分割的重要组成部分，在培养学生健康体魄、适应社会、挑战能力等方面具有不可替代的重要作用。研究表明，黑龙江省高职院校在课程内容的安排上更加丰富多彩，突出“健康第一”的指导思想，保证在冬季开设不同教学内容的体育课程，但开设冰上课程的学校出现缩减的发展趋势；冬季学生参加户外体育活动时间的减少，仅靠每周2个学时的体育课根本无法达到提高学生的身体素质的教学要求。黑龙江省高职院校冬季公共体育教学应从开设独具特色的本土化课程、校本课程入手，增加冬季公共体育教学的课时量、丰富教学的内容；通过各种途径开展广泛的学生的业余体育活动，促进黑龙江省高职院校冬季公共体育教学效果、教学质量的不断提高。

| Abstract: | The educational cause of vocational college is an organic part of higher education in our country, winter physical teaching in vocational colleges is the inalienable important component of its plans for the development of education, plays an improtant role in training healthy body, to adapt to the society, challenging ability and other aspects for students. the study shows that the arrangement of curriculum contents in heilongjiang provincial vocational colleges is more colorful, highlight the guiding ideology of“healthy first”, assurance to set up different teaching contents of physical curriculum in winter, but colleges which set up skating class is on the decrease. the outdoor sports time for students in winter reduced, only two class hours of physical education can not achieve the teaching requirements for improving physical quality of students. winter public physical education in heilongjiang provicial vocational colleges should be started from the unique local curriculum and school–based curriculum, increase the class hours and rich teaching contents of winter public physical education. by carrying out amateur sports activities in a variety of ways, promote the improvement of teaching effect and teaching quality of winter public physical education in heilongjiang provincial vocational colleges. |
