| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术和数字技术的发展,人力资源已经成为影响高校图书馆建设和发展的关键因素.在分析了高校图书馆人力资源在管理观念、人才结构、人才流失和人力资源开发投入等方面存在问题的基础上,探讨了图书馆人力资源管理的新理念,提出了人力资源管理新模式,对高校图书馆人力资源的管理起到一定的促进作用.
