| Abstract: | Vocational technical colleges should target rural areas and provide talent pools and education services for new rural construction.The article demonstrates the necessity of vocational technical education in rural areas of Xinjiang with the purpose of promoting the further reform of vocational technical education,developing talents and fulfilling the effective combination of vocational technical talents with new rural construction in Xinjiang. |
