3-甲基吡啶氮氧化物的催化合成研究

摘    要:针对传统合成工艺存在转化率低、过氧化物使用量大等问题,采用催化合成的方法,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,自制催化剂催化氧化3-甲基吡啶,考察了催化剂及其用量、反应时间、物料比、反应温度等因素对3-甲基吡啶转化率的影响。结果表明,采用自制的新型催化剂催化效果明显;在相对于3-甲基吡啶的催化剂用量为4.5%,反应时间为2 h,3-甲基吡啶与H2O2及醋酸的量的比在1∶1.5∶1.5-1∶1.6∶1.6,反应温度为80℃时,反应效果最佳,3-甲基吡啶的转化率可达98.1%。

Abstract:To break the traditional synthesis limitations such as low percent conversion, over commission of peroxide and so on, this paper synthesizes 3-methylpyridine-N-oxide from 3-methypridine using H2O2 as oxidant, homemade catalyst as catalyst. By researching the influence of different catalysts, catalyst dosage, reaction time, material ratio, reaction temperature and other factors in the reaction, the results show that the new catalyst results were clear, when the optimal reaction conditions were 4.5 % of 3-methylpyridine, the fraction of molar ration of 3-methylpridine and H2O2 and acetic acid was 1∶1.5∶1.5-1∶1.6∶1.6, the temperature was 80℃, and the promising conversion of the reaction was over 98.1%.
