| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查等方法,对辽宁省4所高校1000名大学生进行了问卷调查,了解当代大学生对体育教师的角色期待,结果表明:大学生心目中理想的体育教师具有12个维度的素质结构;期望值排在前10位的依次是责任心、有爱心、尊重热爱学生、发挥学生的主体作用、调动学习积极性、以身作则、为人师表、为人正直、公平公正、积极的工作态度、亲和力以及专项知识技能。对体育教师角色期待的主流趋势在不同院校及不同性别的大学生中存在差异。

| Abstract: | To find out the role expectation on PE teachers of modern college students,we carried on the questionnaire investigation and analysis of 1000 students in four universities of Liaoning province.It indicates that in the students' opinion,the perfect PE teachers should have the quality structure of 12 dimensionalities.Sequence in first ten is in turn responsibility,kind-heartedness,respecting students,loving students,activating learning enthusiasm,cultivating learning interest,teaching by example and being a model of virtue for others,upright and honest humaness,being fair and equal,active working attitude,affinity and special knowledge and technical skill.Main trends of role expectation on PE teachers are different among students of different genders students of different colleges. |
