| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the current situation of packaging industry and the demand for qualified people, the article intro-duces the necessity of implementing the combination of higher vocational education and undergraduate education. Furthermore, the implementation plan and security system are also put forward for the packaging engineering talent nurturing mode. This paper provides a new exploration for the reform of talent cultivation mode in China＇s colleges. |
