| 摘 要： | 高职高专院校的基层党组织建设是党组织建设的一个重要组成部分。在新的时期，高职院校学生支部是我党一个重要的思想阵地，学生党支部的激励机制是提高党支部活力的重要手段，是体现党员价值的最重要的抓手。在党建工作中，从实际出发，在学生党员发展过程中从学生的个性特点出发，在学习、工作、生活中用行之有效的激励机制最大限度挖掘培养学生党员的综合能力和为人民服务的本领。从而达到不断推进高职院校的党建工作与时俱进，永远保证对学校的精神文明建设的引领作用。

| Abstract: | The construction of grass-roots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the construction of the Party organizations. In the new period, higher vocational college student Party branches are an ideological position for our Party, and the incentive mechanism of student Party branches is an important means to improve the vitality of the Party branches, as well as the most important measure of reflecting the value of Party members. In the party building work, from a practical point of view, starting with the personality characteristics of students in the process of student Party members development, the effective incentive mechanism can be used in study, work and life to de-velop and cultivate student Party members＇ comprehensive ability and ability to serve the people, to the greatest extent, so as to make the Party construction of higher vocational colleges contin-uously keep pace with the times, and ensure its leading role in college spiritual civilization construction. |
