摘    要:企业的生存能力和发展的潜力,应伴随企业肌体的健康成长而不断延续,而企业的失败往往是由于忽略了其外部的生态环境,进而不适应外部环境。围绕生命型企业,运用生态学理论,在分析企业面临的知识化、信息化和经济全球化环境的基础上,讨论了如何分析企业的竞争对手,并提出了企业竞争的生态策略。

Abstract:Enterprises' survival ability and development potential should continue with the enterprise organism's healthiness going,and the failure of some enterprises are sometimes due to neglecting the exterior environment and then not adapting to the exterior conditions. Centering around enterprises' existence, applying ecological theories, analyzing the knowledgeable informationized and global environment that enterprises are confronted with, this paper discusses how to analyze enterprises' competitive rivals, and finally puts forward enterprises' ecologic policy of competition.
