| 摘 要： | 民营企业适时而变，由传统的家族企业组织形式转向现代民营企业的同时，民营企业的行为目标随之转向基于企业长期发展过程中追求利润最大化的稳定性、连续性。现代企业制度要求具备现代财务管理制度和体制，构建现代民营企业财务管理体制应在现代企业理论的框架内进行。

| Abstract: | The enterprise run by the local people changes in good time , while turning to the modern enterprise run by the local people by the traditional organizational form of family firm, performance-based objective of enterprise run by the local people the transformation base pursues stability , continuity that the profit maximizes in the course of enterprise's long-term development thereupon. The modern enterprise system requires modern financial management system and system, It should be in the frame of the modern enterprise's theory to structure the financial management system of modern enterprise run by the local people, carry on the reform. |
