| 摘 要： | 新时期高等职业教育的改革与发展,必须以科学发展观为指导,坚持教育创新.要以就业为导向,创新办学模式,树立职业教育就是就业教育的现代教育理念,以特色创名校;要以造就高技能人才为目标,创新人才培养模式,通过科学定位,突出职业针对性,走产学研结合之路,突出技能培训;要以促进学生发展为出发点,创新教学管理模式,积极推行全面学分制.

| Abstract: | It must be directed by scientific development outlook and stick to education innovation to reform and develop higher vocational education of new era.And we must hold the modern education theory that vocational education is employment education, innovating employment-oriented and characteristic-oriented schooling mode; must innovate personnel training mode, aiming at bringing up high skill talents; must put emphasis on production, learning and research; must innovate the mode of teaching management and carry out credit system completely to promote the development of students. |
