| Abstract: | There are many factors affecing the level of CUBA teams and the level of umpire is among the important ones.By means of questionnaire survey,statistics,etc,.this thesis gave a deep research on the basic status,quality of the CUBA umpire as well as judgment.And it also put forward some corresponding countermeasures to certain problems. |
