| 摘 要： | 结合拓扑结构原理与方法,探讨拓扑结构与知识转移的关系,提出了知识转移拓扑结构构成的观点,进而构建了总线型结构、树型结构、星型结构和网状型结构四种企业知识转移的结构模型,深入分析四种知识转移模式的特征及影响因素,探讨了知识转移的拓扑结构模型的选择和企业能力形成之间的关系。

| Abstract: | This paper uses topological principle and method to discuss the relationship between topological structure and knowledge transfer,and puts forward a knowledge transfer topology view,and to build a bus-type structure,tree structure,hub-and-spoke and mesh-type structure of four enterprise knowledge transfer model.Then,it analyzes the characteristics and factors in each model.In the end,it discusses the relationship between the selection in four topological structure models and the formation of enterprise capacity. |
