| 摘 要： | 经济社会和人的全面发展，作为新时期科学发展观的根本出发点和落脚点，体现了马克思主义历史价值观的本质要求。在全面建设小康社会的新时期，这一战略价值目标的提出，既科学阐明了二者的辩证关系，又深刻把握了社会主义建设的本质规律，将极大地推动中国社会全面进步和人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Taken the comprehensive development of economy, society and human being as the start and foothold of the scientific development point of view in the new period, which represents the essential requests of Marxism historical values. In the new period of comprehensive construction of a well-off society, the proposal of this strategic value target has not only scientifically expounded the dialectical relations, but also profoundly has grasped essential rule of socialist construction, and will enormously promote the comprehensive progress of Chinese society and all-round development of human being . |
