| 摘 要： | 为了考察当代青年人际价值观的新变化，对高中生、大学生以及在职青年三个阶段的当代青年进行了人际价值观的调查，使用自编问卷，包括六个维度：互信互利取向、自我呈现取向、功利取向、安全感取向、顺从取向以及自主取向。调查结果发现：青年人际价值观存在性别差异，女性在自我呈现、功利和自主取向上得分显著低于男性，而在在互信互利和安全感取向上的得分显著高于男性，在总分上没有显著差异；高中生在安全感取向和顺从取向上得分显著低于其他学历的群体。

| Abstract: | In order to look into the interpersonal values of the young people in China, we did the survey on the middle school students, college students and the young employees with questionnaire that we researchers made. The questionnaire consists of seven dimensions of orientations： mutual trust and benefit, self-presenting, utility, safety feeling, obedience and autonomy. The result goes as follows. There is gender difference in interpersonal values among youngsters, no ethnic difference and some difference in ages with higher scores among high school students than among youngsters of other ages. |
