我国学位授权政策研究的价值分析

摘    要:学位授权是我国学位教育工作的"触发装置"。学位授权政策研究的价值体现在:第一,它必然涉及对我国现行学位授权政策效应的把握,并给予政策调整以科学、有效的指导;第二,学位授权政策是国家创新人才培养制度的重要组成部分,对学位授权政策进行研究,将有助于推动国家创新人才制度建设;第三,有利于全面、深入把握学位授权工作的现状与问题,完善我国的学位授权政策。

Abstract:The graduate degree authorized is the "trigger device" of degree education in China.The value of the degree authorization policy research: Firstly,it must involve to grasp the policy effect of our current degree authorization,and give policy adjustments to the scientific and effective guidance;secondly,the degree authorization policy is important part of the national innovative personnel training system,a study on the degree authorization policies will help to construct the national innovative personnelsystem;thirdly,in favor of fully and deeply grasping the status and problems of degree authorization work,to improve our policy of degree authorization.
