| 摘 要： | 学位授权是我国学位教育工作的＂触发装置＂。学位授权政策研究的价值体现在：第一,它必然涉及对我国现行学位授权政策效应的把握,并给予政策调整以科学、有效的指导;第二,学位授权政策是国家创新人才培养制度的重要组成部分,对学位授权政策进行研究,将有助于推动国家创新人才制度建设;第三,有利于全面、深入把握学位授权工作的现状与问题,完善我国的学位授权政策。

| Abstract: | The graduate degree authorized is the ＂trigger device＂ of degree education in China.The value of the degree authorization policy research： Firstly,it must involve to grasp the policy effect of our current degree authorization,and give policy adjustments to the scientific and effective guidance;secondly,the degree authorization policy is important part of the national innovative personnel training system,a study on the degree authorization policies will help to construct the national innovative personnelsystem;thirdly,in favor of fully and deeply grasping the status and problems of degree authorization work,to improve our policy of degree authorization. |
