| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查及实地考察等方法,以全国中外合作办学高校体育师资现状为研究对象进行调查,分析得出：中外合作办学高校体育教师以青年教师为主,青年教师亲和力强,但缺乏教学经验,课堂管理较为松散,课堂组织能力较差;科研水平偏低,对国外体育教学研究甚少;外聘教师所占比例较高使得教师流动性较大,教学团队相对不稳定;体育教师入职教育形式化,体育教师培养偏离重心,体育教师继续教育的制度不健全、内容不科学;体育教师待遇不能做到与其他专业教师＂同工同酬＂。在此基础上提出了加强体育师资队伍建设的对策与建议。
