我国民营企业文化建设存在的问题及对策

摘    要:我国民营企业的文化建设相对滞后,存在着缺乏重视、缺乏自身特色、重形式轻内涵、文化建设与制度建设脱节等问题,其根本原因在于缺乏经济基础的必要保障、缺乏对企业文化内在机理的深入理解。只有明确企业核心价值观,注重企业外部文化建设与内部培育的统一,着力提升民营企业家和员工的素质,加强企业文化创新,才能培育出与民营企业发展相适应的企业文化,从而适应激烈的市场竞争。

Abstract:The cultural construction of China’s private enterprises is lagging behind,there is a lack of attention,the lack of its own characteristics,and weight in the form and light in the connotation,culture-building and institution building out of line and other issues,the fundamental reason is the lack of economic base necessary for the protection and the lack of the internal mechanism of corporate culture in-depth understanding.Only by clearing core values,focusing on outside the enterprise culture construction and instilling a unified,efforts to enhance the quality of private entrepreneurs and employees and strengthening the corporate culture innovation can they cultivate a corporate culture compatible with the development of private enterprises to adapt to the fierce market competition.
