| 摘 要： | 高职院校教学名师的评选,对促进高等教育的发展,尤其是教育质量的提高具有重要作用。通过对高职院校教学名师现状调查的分析,发现高职院校在教学名师的评选中,存在着一些隐蔽性的问题。对此,针对其中的问题,给出了一些可供参考的建议,以便对高职院校教学名师的建设,提供一份微薄的力量,进一步提高职院校师资的整体素质和高质量人才的培养。

| Abstract: | Selection of master teacher in higher vocational colleges promotes the development of higher education,and it plays an important role in improving Educational Quality.Based on analysis of present situation investigation on master teacher,the author finds that concealment problems existing in selection of master teacher in higher vocational colleges.According to the problems,suggestions which can be referenced is given to provide an portion slender power construction of master teacher in higher vocational colleges and further improve the teachers’ overall quality and high quality talents’ cultivation. |
