| 摘 要： | 有些学者认为以李林甫为相是唐治乱转化的分水岭。从开元、天宝间唐王朝政治经济环境、边境形势来看，开元天宝间唐王朝政治经济环境的变化导致了李林甫上台并专断朝政；边境形势及战争特殊性又使唐最高统治集团作出了用胡帅镇边的抉择；而河北地区的特殊性和东北、西北边疆防卫的互动形势又导致了重用安禄山，称雄东北的结果。所有这些都是当时客观形势的产物．经历了一个长期的演变过程．并不是一两个人的意志就可以转移的。因此．以相李林甫作为唐治乱之分的界标是有欠公允的。

| Abstract: | Referring to how Tang Dynasty decline quickly,some scholar think that apponting Li Linfuas prime minister is the watershed.Through analyzing on the conditions of politics-economy and border of Kaiyuan-Tianbao,this article figures that the changes of politics and ecomomy lead to Li Linfus coming into power and his autarchy;the border condition and particularity of battle made governor decided to appoint Huren as general;meanwhile,the particularity of Hebei region and the interactional defence between northeast and northwest made it necessity that governor put An Lushan in a very important position.All these were the outcome of external condition of the time which could not be changed by someone's will.So,the opinion that appointing Li Linfu as prime minister is the watershed between prosperity and eclipse during Tang Dynasty is unfair. |
