| 摘 要： | 加快发展民生科技,是保障和改善民生、深入贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会的必然要求和价值选择。充分发挥民生科技对科学发展、构建和谐社会的支撑作用,是现代化建设的新视角和新动力。阐述了民生科技的内涵、重要作用及目前存在的问题,并且针对我国民生科技事业发展基础比较薄弱的现状,提出我国已有能力、有必要通过加大政府支持力度、调整科研选题、加强科技培训的途径大力发展民生科技。
