| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的深入和社会经济的发展,社会群体矛盾也日益突出,直接影响了社会的和谐与稳定。正确处理群体矛盾已经成为构建和谐社会的一项重要任务。因此,深入研究群体矛盾产生的深层原因、新特点和新表现,运用系统性理论,构建和谐社会视角下的群体矛盾调处体系,即制度体系、政策体系、法制体系、机制体系。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of social economy,the social cluster contradiction is increasingly prominent,which directly affects the social harmony and stability.Correctly handling the cluster contradiction has become an important task for the construction of harmonious society.Therefore,it is necessary for us to thoroughly study the deep reasons,new characters and expressions why the cluster contradiction produces and by use of systemic theory to construct a mediation system for the cluster contradiction from the perspective of harmonious society;i.e.regulation system,policy system,legal system and mechanic system. |
