| 摘 要： | 新课改下的素质教育要求英语课堂是以学生为主体，培养学生综合语言运用能力的高效课堂。现代信息技术可以有效结合新的教学理念、教学方法打破传统课堂的枯燥氛围，突出课堂重难点，加快教学节奏，增大课堂教学容量，改进教与学的方式，改善评价机制，促进提高学生学习积极性，达到新课改下的课程标准，构建初中英语高效课堂。

| Abstract: | In the new curriculum reform, quality-oriented educa-tion requires an English class must be highly effective, in which the students are the main roles and the aim is to cultivate the a-bility of comprehensive language application. The modern infor-mation technology changes boring atmosphere in traditional Eng-lish class, emphasizes key and difficult points, accelerates the teaching pace, increases the capacity of teaching, improves teaching and learning ways and evaluation mechanism, in order to reach the new curriculum standard and make our English classroom highly effective. |
