摘    要:近年,随着企业间的竞争,对各类人才的竞争空前加剧。煤炭企业做为艰苦行业,用人机制不活,待遇较低是造成人才流失的根本原因。我们的人事管理部门要充分认识到这点,采取相应的对策,迅速地加以解决。

Abstract:With the intense competition among enterprises, competitions among all types of talents become acute in recent years. Coal - related enterprises belong to hard and difficult industries. As a result, its inflexible personnel system and low pay are the two key causes of the running off of talents . The personnel management should take much more notice of it and take corresponding measures so as to resolve the problem quickly.
