| 摘 要： | 用人单位要求毕业生具有很强的实践能力和适应能力。为使学生有很强的实践能力，实训教学不可或缺，而财经类院校的实训教学现状还不尽如人意，还需要进一步完善。具体思路是：转变观念，从战略高度认识实训教学；准确定位，找出符合自己学校实际的实训教学模式；完善管理，建立科学的实训教学体系；多管齐下，提高实训教学质量，充分发挥实训教学在人才培养中的作用。

| Abstract: | In order to train students' practice ability, the practical skills training is indispensable. This article proposed some concrete thinking as follows: change the idea, and understand the practical skills training from strategic height; orient accurately, and create practical skills training models according with the fact of one's own school; perfect the management, and set up a scientific system of practical skills training; work along multifold lines to improve the quality of practical skills training and fully play function of practical skills training in student's training. |
