紫外分光光度法测定柑橘皮中总黄酮的含量

摘    要:建立了以芦丁为标样,用紫外分光光度法测定柑橘皮中总黄酮含量的方法,最大吸收波长261nm.结果表明芦丁浓度和吸光度成良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,平均回收率为99.79%,RSD为1.72%,黄酮含量为0.857%.此方法简单,结果准确可靠.

Abstract:Taking rutin as standard sample,the content of flavonoids in citrus peels was measured with UV spectrophotometry at 261nm.The result shows:there was good linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of the ruin.The correfficient was 0.9998,the average recovery rate was 99.79%,and RSD was 1.72%.The content of flavonoids in citrus Peels is about 0.857% this method is easy,rapid and the result is accurate.
