| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育制度化建设就是使制度与思想政治教育结合,促进人们思想德行的形成。它的主要功能体现在教育和引导、保障和规范、教育成本的节约等方面。当前,我国思想政治教育的制度化建设工作既有着良好的发展机遇,又面临严峻的挑战。我们探索思想政治教育制度化建设的方法与途径,主要应从教育活动运行制度化、教育程序监督制度化、教育决策制度化、教育保障制度化、教育奖惩制度化等方面进行,并不断加以总结,共同发挥思想政治教育的重要功能。

| Abstract: | The systematic construction of ideological and political education is to combine the system with ideological and political education, thus promoting the formation of people＇s ideological and moral conduct. Its main function reflects in education and guidance, guarantee and regulation, the saving of education cost.Currently, the systematic construction of ideological and political education in China is faced with both favorable opportunities of development and severe challenges. To explore the ways for the systematic construction of ideological and political education, we should attempt from the systematic operation of educational activities,the systematic supervision of educational procedures, the systematic policy-decision of education, the systematic guaranteeof education, and the systematic rewards and punishments of education;besides, we should also constantly summarize the past experience, so as to give play to the important functions of ideological and political education. |
