| 摘 要： | 大学生实践教学从校内到校外，人身伤害时有发生，在学生、学校和实习接收单位间，一般按照过错的原则承担责任，同时兼顾公平责任。因此，高校作为赔偿责任主体或者是给予人身受到伤害的学生一定补助等，均需要高校承担一定的经济责任。而高校没有专门的赔偿款，在资金筹措、保险理赔后仍存在较大资金压力。通过增加保险险种、设立高等学校人身伤害互保协会，可以实现大学生实践教学中人身伤害的充分救济。

| Abstract: | The practice teaching of university students covers on-campus and off-campus parts, and their physical injuries often take place. The responsibility is generally shouldered by one of the blameful sides, the student, the university and the unit for the student＇s practice, and equitable liability will also be taken into account. Therefore, the university, as the subject of liabilities for compensation or giving the injured certain compensations, will shoulder certain economic responsibility. But the university has not specific compensation money, causing great financial pressure when it is faced with fund raising and insurance settlement. Through increasing insurance types and establishing the association for the mutual insurance of university students＇ physical injuries, the full relief of university students＇ physical injuries in practice teaching will be actualized. |
