| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来我国企业普遍采用了以技术引进、消化吸收和模仿创新为主的技术创新模式,这种模式在迅速提高企业技术水平和竞争能力的同时,也导致了企业技术创新边缘化和空心化的严重问题,使企业在核心技术和关键领域依附于人,缺乏自主知识产权,创新难以为继。沿海地区由于最早采用了技术引进创新的发展方式,面临的问题也最为严重。本文通过广东省的案例分析了这种技术创新模式产生的机理和问题的成因,提出要建立以市场需求为导向的企业可持续性自主技术创新模式,以优化产业转移战略过程中企业的技术创新体系。

| Abstract: | Enterprises generally adopted technological innovation model,which is mainly based on technology introduction,digestion,absorption and imitation of innovative from the reform and opening up.This model improves technological level and competitiveness,but also leding to the marginalization and hollow of technological innovation.So that enterprises attach to other in core technology and the key areas,lacking of independent intellectual property rights,and innovation is difficult to continue.Due to the first to use the introduction of technological innovation development ways,coastal areas facing the problems most serious.This article study technological innovation model's mechanism and causes of the problem by the case of Guangdong Province,Proposing to establish market demand-oriented technological innovation and the sustainable development model in the enterprises,in order to optimize technological innovation system in enterprises in the process of industry transfer strategy. |
