| Abstract: | Breaking news report is the best opportunity for media to demonstrate their news reporting capability and social responsibility implementation. The breaking news report should be immediate and continuous. The report should be in depth and its viewpoint should be objective. It should also show a humanistic concern, in order to better implement the social responsibility of mass media. |
