| 摘 要： | 针对我国现阶段三级跳远成绩一直停滞在 17m左右的情况 ,通过与国外优秀三级跳远运动员百米速度及助跑最后 5- 6m的速度比较 ,得出结论 :我国运动员的力量与速度的保持率不足 .
