| 摘 要： | 感恩是一个人对他人,社会与自然所给予自己的恩惠和方便在心里产生认可并希望回馈的一种认识、情怀和行为.它是中华民族的传统美德,是我们每个人所应具有的基本道德修养.不仅对于个人的成长发展有着重要的意义,而且与和谐社会的构建有着内在的一致性.从心理学的角度,分析了感恩的价值,探讨了感恩意识的培养策略.
