| 摘 要： | 依法治国是我国的治国方略，但在依法治国过程中，需要处理好依法治国与党的领导的关系。依法治国与党的领导在本质上具有一致性，依法治国为改善党的领导提出了新的途径，坚持党的领导是依法治国必须坚持的根本原则，在不断改善党的领导中，推进依法治国的进程。

| Abstract: | Running a country under laws and regulations is one of tactics in China.But in the process of running a country under laws and regulations,it is necessary to deal with the relation between it and the party's leadership.Both of them are intrinsically unanimous.On the one hand,running a country under laws and regulations points out a new way of improving the party's leadership;on the other hand,adhering to the the party's leadership is the basic principle of running a country under laws and regulations.We should push the process of running a country under laws and regulations forward while developing party's leadership. |
